At Frownies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the box, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
